I can't view or login to the NewDayChristian website. What can I do?

You will first need to verify that you are entering the proper username and password. Upon verification please try the following:

1. Enable Cookies.
2. Enable Javascript.
3. Clear existing cookies and cache.
4. Make sure the date/time on your computer is correct for your time zone.
5. Make sure you do not block our site.


How do I change my NewDayChristian.com password?

1. Sign In by clicking here.

2. Go to my account.

3. Enter the new password and confirm the password, then press Submit.


What should I do if I can't remember my NewDayChristian.com password?

You can have your password emailed to the address registered to the account. Click here and enter the email address to have the password sent to you.


I'm a new customer, will I be able to order on credit?

To establish a credit line, please complete the credit application and attach your most recent financial statement. All questions must be answered completely for your application to be approved. An incomplete credit application will delay processing and may cause your application to be denied. All orders will be shipped C.O.D. Cash Only or prepaid by credit card until your credit line is approved. Please be sure to submit your most recent financial statement with your application. You will be notified when your credit has been established. Accounts located outside the United States will be credit card only. Tennessee customers must include a copy of your blanket certificate of resale. You may fax a copy of your credit application to get the approval process started, but we must have your original, signed credit application to establish an account.

NOTE:
If your account becomes past due, credit will be discontinued until the account becomes current.  Recurring past due invoices may cause your account to be changed to a C.O.D. status. If your account is over 60 days past due, orders will only be shipped C.O.D. for or plus the past due balance.  If your account is placed with an attorney or collection agency, you may be responsible for attorney’s fees and court costs as allowed by law.  Past due accounts are not eligible for COD, credit card or 1% early pay discounts.  Open credits will be automatically applied to all invoices over 60 days past due, including finance charges.


When will I receive my statement?

New Day mails statements at the beginning of each month.  Your statement will list all payments and credits posted during that billing cycle, then list unpaid invoices and unapplied credits.  C.O.D. orders will appear on your statement until we receive payment from UPS.  When remitting payment, please send the perforated remittance form from your statement, or write on your check your account number, the invoice number(s) being paid, credits and/or discounts used.

Your account will be charged $20 for all returned checks.  All returned checks must be made good within three (3) business days or legal action may be pursued.  Credit will be discontinued and all future orders will be shipped C.O.D. Cash Only.

There will be a 1.5% finance charge added each statement cycle to any account with invoices over 30 days past due.

Does NewDayChristian.com accept phone, fax, electronic or email orders?

We do not accept email orders.  However, We do accept phone, fax, and electronic orders. To place a phone order please contact 1.800.251.3633. If you are outside the 800 calling area, please call COLLECT at 615-822-3633. Our fax number is 1-800-361-2533 or 1-615-822-5829. The Electronic Ordering number for IRT, Bookstore Manager, and IBID is 1-800-824-9228.


Does NewDayChristian.com offer a paper catalog?

No, not at this time.


I didn't see an order confirmation page. Was my order submitted successfully?

If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, our server probably still received your order. This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission. Contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.251.3633 to make sure your order was received.


I think I may have inadvertently placed a duplicate order. What should I do now?

Contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.251.3633.


What is the Return Policy?

• New Day Christian Distributors does NOT issue cash refunds for returns or credit. All returns are for credit or replacement only.

• All Product must be kept 90 days before returned.

• Only One return per calender month will be processed (Telescan and Audioscan prodcut excluded).

• Fax or mail a list of product you want to return, complete with title, artist, quantity and binding code (CD, AD, etc.) A Return Authorization (R.A.) will be faxed or mailed to you listing all returnable product and the estimated credit amount. The R.A. will be valid for 30 days.

• Returns without a valid R.A will be charged a flat 15% restocking fee.

• Only items purchased from New Day may be returned.

• Products that New Day no longer stocks are non-returnable. (See New Day News Magazine for No Longer Carried Notices.)

• Gifts, Toys, Jewelry, Special order items, Songbooks, Sheet Music and Demos are non-returnable.

• Listening cassettes and cassette tracks are non-returnable.

• Christmas product received after January 31st will not be credited.

• Non-Returnable and non-authorized products returned to New Day will be disposed of.

• All Stickers, except for New Day's, Must be removed from returned product, A 5% cleaning fee will be charged if returned items need to be cleaned.

• Products returned in a non-saleable condition will not be credited.

• All defectives returned are for replacement only.

• Return approved product via UPS, FedEx or USPS, insured for the proper value, with the R.A# printed on the outside of the box. New Day is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment.

Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?

Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling our Customer Service Department at 1.800.251.3633.


How long does it generally take to process an order?

Any order placed before 3:00 P.M. Central Time will be shipped the same day.  All orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. All orders shipped in the continental United States that net $200 or more will receive free shipping on eligible items, except for 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. Oversized gift items are not eligible for free freight. Orders that net $200 or more shipped outside the continental United States will only be charged half shipping costs.  At your request, packages can be shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for an additional charge.

Please Note: UPS and FedEx do not accept cash for COD CASH ONLY.  Cash Only accounts must pay with Cashiers Check or Money Order.  

Can I reactivate an order that has been voided/cancelled?

No, you'll have to re-order online.


How do I use NewDayChristian.com's shopping cart?

Search for the items you want to buy. Click "Add To Cart" for each item you want. If you want to buy more than one unit of an item, input the desired quantity in the "Quantity" field, and click "Update". If you need to shop for more items, click "continue shopping". After you've added all items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, select a shipping method. If everything meets your satisfaction, click "Check Out" and proceed to check out.


I am experiencing trouble with my shopping cart. What can I do?

Shopping cart problems usually occur for one or more of the following reasons:
1. Cookies are not enabled.

NOTE: In some cases, the cookies on your computer may become corrupted. If this occurs, please clear your cookies and cache, close your browser and try again.

2. The master clock on the computer is not set correctly.
3. The computer you're using is behind a firewall.
4. You are using a browser released prior to Internet Explorer 5.1.

If all else fails, try closing all open programs and restart your computer, or try from a different computer.


Can I pre-order a product that is not yet in stock?

Yes, but pre-orders are only offered for certain items. At this time, most of our products are not eligible for pre-order. Please note that we will not charge or ship a pre-order until all items on the pre-order are in stock. An item's ETA is subject to change without notice.


Can I back order an item that is out-of-stock?

Yes, you can back order certain items even when they are sold out or out-of-stock. However, most of our items are not eligible for backorder.

A backorder will not be charged or shipped until all items on the order are in stock. A backordered item may have an ETA, although it is subject to change without notice.


What happens if an item is backordered?

If an item is found to be out of stock after your order has been placed, then it will automatically be removed from your order. We will not hold up an order because an item is backordered. You will not be charged for the backordered item or for the shipping cost of the item (if you were already charged, you will be refunded). The item that was backordered will have to be re-ordered online when it becomes available again.


Shipping Methods and Carriers?

We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO Addresses

Shipping method choices may be limited.


International Shipping?

NewDayChristian.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

For products shipped internationally, please note that the product and accompanying materials may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from NewDayChristian.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.


Why must NewDayChristian.com verify my shipping address?

For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address. Please contact the bank that issued your credit card and have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's memo field. Please make sure your credit card issuer bank's phone number is correctly listed in your NewDayChristian.com account information.

Why was my credit/debit card declined when I know for certain that I have the funds available?

A credit card can decline due to an incorrectly-entered credit card number or expiration date, a daily limit, insufficient credit or other reasons. Contact your credit card company for more information.


Does NewDayChristian.com know specifically why my credit/debit card was declined?

Our system charges your credit card automatically. We are not given a reason for any decline. Please verify that you've given us the correct credit card number and expiration date. If you've already done so, please contact your credit card company or bank for information.


Does NewDayChristian.com charge sales tax?

NewDayChristian.com charges the appropriate state and/or local sales tax for any order shipping to Tennessee. Tennessee residents are charged according to their state and/or local tax rate. Please note that the sales tax for Tennessee orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling. The tax imposed by Tennessee on shipping and handling is part of the TN state sales tax, not a separate tax.


How do I redeem promo codes?

To redeem promo codes all you need to do is enter a valid NewDayChristian.com promo code during the checkout process and hit Submit.


What is a fixed price promo code?

Fixed price promo codes specify a set price at which you can purchase a product while the promo code offer is valid.


What is a savings promo code?

Savings promo codes specify a certain savings amount when you redeem the promo code (these can be thought of as coupon codes).
